I am desparately trying to get things finished in my studio, lots of projects that arent yet finished but are coming together slowly. My last lot of commissions all go out on monday and I feel that I wont be doing any more commissions after that. I will be making work and loading the etsy shop, etc, but no more things made to order, as with my ms , I just find it harder and harder to apply myself to order, its easier for me to go with the creative flow these days.

I so understand your comments on applying yourself to custom orders. I stopped taking commissions for ages because I felt an 'effort' in the process. I started taking commissions again several months ago and although I'm enjoying my latest ones I do feel under pressure. I too am happiest just doing my own thing. Sarah x (CuriousPip)

Yup Commission = Collapse of any talent I have is usually the order of the day here. Work when your flow is good, enjoy your family and wee doggies when it is not. X

Deborah, I do hope you're rested and building up your energy, hoping the gap in your posts is due to you being out in this wonderful sunshine and re charging your batteries, I think that's why most of us have given blogging a rest this last month, take care xxx
thanks for thinking of me, I have had low energy levels due to the ms, but have been trying to work on smaller projects and have just re stocked the etsy shop. working in the garden really helps me.
